What a lunch I had yesterday.

Well, It wasn't so much the food, it was the
person I was eating with.

Let me explain.

It was 1:45pm, my friend and I took our laptops to the local
cafe here in Montauk, Long Island (what a great beach town) and
we did some work, talked, ate, etc…

This friend of mine has built multiple 7 figure businesses
and doesn't have a home.

"Mike, what, he doesn't have a home?"

That's right.

He travels the world with his laptop, living in a different part of the world
every 60-90 days and makes a fortune. (this is why I'm so passionate
about the Internet as a tool for wealth and better living)

5 star hotels. Parties with the rich and famous. You name it, he does it.

We where talking about why some people succeed with ease and why many people

struggle like a frog trying to run up the side of a mountain.

This is what he said.

"Mike, for years I would start and stop, start and stop. I would say "I'm serious
about success" though my actions didn't back it up.

I always thought the 'grass was greener' someplace else and this led me
to living a life of total scatteredness and lack of focus.

My focus was terrible. Terrible. I knew this was one of my biggest problems
holding me back, so I decided to fix this problem.

Yes, I did fix it. My increased focused and concentration has enabled me to
build 3 successful businesses, travel the world, and work less then 2 hours a day.

Usually less then 1 hour a day.

Focus was the master key."

Wow.

What he said is priceless. Priceless.

I had the same lack of focus problems for years.

Then somehow I run into this old, out of print, 'forgotten' book.

I was turning the pages until I got to page 16.

>>>I stopped like a deer in headlights.

I read 3 words on page 16 and put them into practice. Just 3 words.

My income doubled the next 28 days. I finally 'got it'.

Within the 1st year of using these 3 magic words my income went
up 400%.

I shared these 3 magic words with two peers. Their income went up 27% the first
62 days.

I allowed these 3 magic words to bake like a cake in my mind.

I thought about them over and over, like a 7 year old kid dreaming
about Santa arriving with his Christmas gifts.

These 3 magic words changed my life inside this 'forgotten' classic.

Remember what my friend said "Focus is the master key."

Your Coach,

Mike

P.S. I watched the last Oprah show. I read between the lines in her monologue.

She understood these 3 magic words and used them her entire career.

She became a billionaire. Imagine what you can achieve.

Whew! (I'm sweating)

It's 6:52AM and I just got back from a 30 minute run in one
of the most incredible beach towns in America. (Montauk, Long Island).

I'm about to drink down a delicious meal replacement/protein
shake and get my day shakin' and bakin'.

You see, I'm here in Montauk with my family and some of my millionaire mastermind

partners (more on this in an upcoming email).

Hold on.

Move your chair in a bit. A little more.

Let's make today amazing, are you in or really in?

Good.

Onward.

If you read my message yesterday to you, you know I lost 21 pounds in 78 days and my

aim is 10 more.

"Mike, tell me 2 things you've learned in this process so far?"

Will do amigo.

1) The Magic of Thinking Small - I've been teaching this concept for a decade, though

on the 'business' side. The principle works the same in getting into better shape, making

money or any goal you have.

You see I got fed up.

I was trying to lose 15 pounds for 2 years and I got nowhere. Nowhere.

Then about 81 days ago I said to myself.

"I have no idea how to lose 15 pounds, let me work on losing 1 pound."

Then 1 pound went to 2 to 3…..to 15+.

It's great to have a vision for your life, though I believe the fastest way
to get you where you want is tiny, small goals.

Think smaller. Experience victories. Feel better about yourself.

Get momentum. Whether it's in your business or your level of fitness.

Question, if you where going to experience ONE 'tiny' victory in the next 24 hours, what 2 actions would you take today?

2) Power - We are so much more powerful than we give ourselves credit for, do
you know that?

I do.

I've been overweight 22 out of the last 23 years. I worked out with a trainer
the past 2 years, though my results were horrible because I didn't make
a commitment.

When we make a commitment, even a small one, our internal power starts to build.

We start to be able to achieve goals we never thought possible.

It's almost like we say to ourselves "Who is this person".

You. You. You. You are more powerful then -you- know.

Read this passage from a book written 97 years ago. (less then 900
people in the world even know this book exists today)

‘Always will I strive to be greater than I am. I must SURPASS MYSELF. In each successive act, test, encounter, thought. I will be GREATER than in the one previous. I am what I am now, but in an hour I must be MORE than I am now. In everything must I exert more power to surpass myself.’

Here’s another one.

‘From now on I vow I will try to act the part of a person TEN TIMES bigger than I am now, for by so doing, I construct greater powers in my own brain which will actually build me into such a leader. I refuse to longer be confined by the shadowy walls which heretofore have cramped me into a narrow sphere. From this day forth the word ‘limit’ is banished from my mind.

Listen. Everyone at some level is afraid of their own power. That's ok.

Today, for you, let's push yourself 1%, you in?

Your Coach,

Mike Litman

Amigo, move in a bit.

Listen to this.

They're 3 habits right now that you possess
that are holding your goals hostage.

"Mike, how do you know that?"

Easy.

You're listening to someone that has had many terrible habits that have hurt him.
Bigtime.

I've had terrible eating habits. I've been overweight
22 out of the last 23 years.

I've had terrible organization habits.

I've had terrible concentration habits.

Heck, I've even had the terrible habit of biting my nails.

I've had terrible money habits.

***People form habits. Habits form futures***

Yes, I can admit. Over the last 10 years of my life these habits
have hurt me. My bank account. And more.

Even though I've been able to build a very successful business and help
hundreds of thousands of people, I knew I had more levels of GREATNESS inside of me.

I decided 90 days ago to take my life to the next level.

I lost 21 pounds in 78 days.

I've never been more organized in my life.

I haven't been this focused in 5 years.

Why am I telling you this?

Here's why.

I know you can be GREATER too.

I know your gifts and talent can help more people.

I know you can experience greater levels of happiness and fulfillment.

You need to get this point.

You can change your life FAST. Yes, fast.

I've never been more convinced about the power of our habits.

Habits are at first cobwebs, then cables.  ~Spanish Proverb
******************************************************************
If you change 1 habit, your whole life can change in 30 days or less.

Haven't been exercising? Start walking for 10 minutes a day.

Scattered? Spend 15 minutes a day reading this 'focus' resource.

Feeling sluggish? Drink more water and eat 1 better meal a day.

Office disorganized? Spend 15 minutes throwing things out.

Start with the tiniest of habits.

Start small.

Admit 'defeat' in an area that you've been terrible at for years.

Get help. Find a good book or mentor.

This is what I did.

I realized I've not great at everything and I don't need to know everything.

Yes, laziness pulls us.

Yes, procrastination pulls us.

Yes, perfectionism pulls us.

Yes, we can rise above these challenges and build better habits.

You can do it amigo.

I believe in -you-.

Your Coach,

Mike Litman

P.S. I find myself going back year after year to this 1 resource that helps
me develop better habits of focus and concentration. I highly recommend it.
