“I feel lousy way too often.”
“Things don’t usually work out for me.”
“I always seem to screw things up eventually.”
This is the self-talk for way, way, too many people and it robs,
steals us of our happiness and fulfillment.
Let me share one idea with you today. Just one.
***Become AWARE of negative recurring thought patterns that
sabotage and halt your progress.
“Mike, where do some of these negative recurring thoughts come
from?”
Good question.
I don’t have all the answers, though let me share with you an
idea.
Be on the watch for negative GENERATIONAL habits and mindsets
that have rubbed off on you. (many times you don’t even realize
it)
Selfishness
Depression
Lack of enthusiasm
Negativity
Victim mentality
Most people don’t realize how powerful their environment is
throughout their life.
Bring more SELF AWARENESS into your life.
Lift your thoughts. Start thinking more positively about
yourself and what you can accomplish.
Negative generational habits that you’ve accepted limit your
growth and accomplishments. You can break them and experience
new levels of fulfillment, self respect, and success.
Seek to become a GENERATIONAL SUCCESS. Seek to pass on a great
mindset to your kids and their kids.
Tell yourself daily that you’re a great person, that GREAT
things are about to happen for you.
Start expecting success, every day. In every part of your lives.
Sometimes we can think we’re positive, though our core mindset
is negative. We don’t truly expect to win.
See yourself in your mind SUCCEEDING now.
Stop letting your memory hold you back. Start using your
imagination to break past negative programming.
Start enjoying life more. Increase your enthusiasm for living.
Our mental attitude directs our lives.
Let’s keep improving each day and seek to be the best we can be,
you in?
Love Ya! You’re The Best!
Your Coach,
Michael

Hi Mike,
You are so right!
Especially in today’s economy it’s very easy to get into that mindset and I think one of the most important things is to not watch the news and read the paper everyday because then one can’t help but get negative thoughts because that’s all the media is writing about now.
Thanks for all you do…!
Have a great day!

Mike another possibility is to understand how people evolve into what they do. Everyone starts out doing something they are initially incompetent at. Then they learn it and become competent and if practiced regularly they will reach a level of excellence. The conclusion is that once you are excellent everything will be A-OK. However this is a fallacy. The fact that someone is excellent doesn’t mean that they enjoy doing it. You must discover what your UNIQUE abilities are. When you do things that you are good at and you are uniquely qualified to do they are energizing. Said differently, what do you like to do versus what are you excellent at?” The answer is things that you could do for the next 24 hours non stop without feeling an energy drain. We all can become excellent when we apply ourselves but that doesn’t mean we like to do that task. Start to rearrange your life and job by doing more of the things you are uniquely qualified to do and I am willing to bet your results will go off the charts.
Warmly,
Bob
Mike!
This is so true. Thanks for all the support and patience. You have taught me a valuable lesson when I was trying to talk myself out of coaching. Keep doing what you are doing. I was forced to face my own fears: stay in my comfort zone or leap out by faith. I leaped! Now is the opportunity to help more people using a different method; the same compassion! I am learning everything new! And it is good.
You’re the greatest motvating speaker, I listen to alot of motivating speakers like Tony Robbins, Robert Allen
Zig Ziggler and Brian Tracy and others, I would love to be a
motivating speaker get out on stage and talk to an audiance
If i did every thing that every one of these motivating speakers tell me to do i would be alot better off.
Mike ,I must confess that you are absolute right..
I have learnt to walk over my weaknesses by focussing on my inner strength despite all the setbacks that stare at me.
Indeed keeping it going is the secret of success.
Take care.
may live to see your seeds.
JB.
I read “the Secret” and it talks about the same concept. I’ve been trying it for 3 days, nothing has changed yet in physical world, but all my mental frustration has disappeared.
What I do is – I see everything as good thing. I focus on what I want all the time.
I never let any degrading thought come into my mind, by degradign thought I mean – anything which says I am worthless, not good enough, cant get it done etc.
Thanks mike, you reinforced the concept deep into my unconscious mind.
Love ya2
Dear Mike,
Always learning so much from you. Along the lines of your suggestions here, last week I was listening to a great speech-podcast by Joel Osteen called “Uncommon Faith”, I highly recommend it.
Cheers,

Yes Mike, I have suffered myself a lot from this, but no more. I count my blessings. I too have a right to be happy. I pursue my passion without regret. When I begin to feel knom and cloudy, I tell myself…'here you go again, get off it'. Know something? I have stopped warning my kids about possible bad happenings. I tell them I want them happy even as I have my fears. I go away to pray for them to take right actions. Am I on track Mike?
