Starting the New Year with a bang as always Mike.

Yep – totally relate to the whole idea avalanche thing. It nearly wrecked my life too. So many ideas coming in all the time, it really was an overload – it became hard to focus.

It took me years to realise that the key to success was actually focus. Now I have a book, full of ideas that I will get to after I finish the ones I'm currently working on. Then again, maybe I won't get round to them – because ideas come a dime a dozen.

By the way – love your exercise to show how we often look outside ourselves, spend years and thousands of dollars looking for that which we already have. I got the lesson and will hold on to it. So my search ends here.

Thanks :)

You are the best, Mike.
And from now on I learn to think small. “Acres of Diamonds” – great book, time to re-read it again.

You are right this year is happening because of my focus.

Mike could I ask a favour, you have helped me and I would like to return the favour. Could you write an article for About People newsletter. It is printed locally and the next issue is out mid February I will be printing 10000 copies which will be distributed across Sydney.

This year is about following my passion.

Thanks

Your greatness is inside You!

Great and Powerful Image! Do You know the Greek Ancient Philosopher Socrate word : “Know Yourself!” It's the same! And Similar it's St. Augustine expression : “Don't looking outside GOD it's inside You! ( Noli foras ire, in te ipsum redi, in interiore homine habitat veritas”).

Hi Mr. Litman,
I can see your energy , enthuciasm, and care for your audience. which cought my attention almost motivated me to wanting to see it all.
I read the book in thinking big. It motivated me to feel good for a few days only. What is thinking big?
I think is a vague concept. I can wait to hear your idea of 'The Magic of thinking Small'. Is it like focusing in one target at a time? I shoukd not try to guess. I will wait. Thank you for caring !

Thanks, Mike – you are 100% correct about information overload, procrastination, etc. I have recently began unsubscribing from email lists, picking a topic to focus on and following through until I am done. The hard part is not knowing how to do something – like getting my website up and going. All the learning as I go is killing my motivation – even though I know it'll be worth it in the end! I'll see if I have the Acres of Diamonds somewhere – sure I do – and will read it.

I'm going to make a ton of money in 2010! :)

Hi Mike,
The first two thirds of this video post were very, very strong. But it kind of lost steam in the last few minutes, during the ticket and book searches. It went from laser focused to kind of hazy. Hope this feedback is useful.
All the best in 2010,
Phil

Mike you are right. I believe what Earl Nightingale said, “familiarity breathes contempt”. We become so familiar with failure, mediocrity, low standards, and lack, that we become comfortable with our environment. So we end up with an emotional attachment to it and we cradle it with passion and pure commitment to the 'familiar' environment. Therefore, we end up with a low expectations. Well I say 'CRUSH THAT'. We are all endowed with greatness inside of all of us, IF WE ONLY BELIEVE THAT WE CAN DO THE IMPOSSIBLE, WE WILL. Go for it Mike, I wish you much success this year in 2010.

Hi Mike, I have been your avid 'coachee' since 2007 and making it big! I was an AA then and guess what, I am now the CEO! You've taught me to think small and that has taken me to where I am. Thanks a heap Mike. May Jah bless you.

That was really goo,

Your greatness is inside you, thats very very true,
Magic of thinking small – i guess what you say is very correct, in other words achieving success, money, happiness all depends on oneself. one has to go step by step for instance when u climb stairs to reach a particular place, we cannot jump from the down step to the up most one, we climb step by step,

but in todays world we are soooo very busy and there are so many ideas to succeed in a particular thing that we cant focus on one properl we dont try to get it step by step, instead we try to run, jump.

But the magic of thinking small revolves around the saying
“”Little drops of water, Little grains of sand, Make the mighty ocean. And the pleasant land.”"”

Keep going, great work

Have a very beautiful 2010 Mike and a very happy new year to all those who read my comment.

This is my year, my month, my week, my Day, and my Hour! This is the time to get started! Thank you for getting my focus on helping others, and away from looking at the problems surrounding me. They will be solved, others will help. I can help others with solutions that I know of! Thanks for the kick in the pants!

Mike, YOU ARE “AWESOME”

denisegamey January 6, 2010 at 5:44 pm

Hi Mike,

I thank you for the video. I needed to be reminded that it is all within. I am unemployed with such a huge credit limit that I do not know how my circumstance will work out if I do not find work soon.

I watched the video last night and the name of your “network”, (?), is great but I can't remember. Your journey sounds like mine. Please keep me posted. I want to hear more. (Greatness Nation) that is the name. It is a community that sounds so amazing.
Thanks Mike.
