Yes, I can admit. Over the last 10 years of my life these habits
have hurt me. My bank account. And more.
Even though I’ve been able to build a very successful business and help
hundreds of thousands of people, I knew I had more levels of GREATNESS inside of me.
I decided 90 days ago to take my life to the next level.
I lost 21 pounds in 78 days.
I’ve never been more organized in my life.
I haven’t been this focused in 5 years.

If you change 1 habit, your whole life can change in 30 days or less.
Haven’t been exercising? Start walking for 10 minutes a day.
Scattered? Spend 15 minutes a day reading this ‘focus’ resource.
Feeling sluggish? Drink more water and eat 1 better meal a day.
Office disorganized? Spend 15 minutes throwing things out.
Start with the tiniest of habits.
Start small.
Admit ‘defeat’ in an area that you’ve been terrible at for years.
Get help. Find a good book or mentor.
This is what I did.
I realized I’ve not great at everything and I don’t need to know everything.
Yes, laziness pulls us.
Yes, procrastination pulls us.
Yes, perfectionism pulls us.
Yes, we can rise above these challenges and build better habits.
