You're sitting down right?
Ok, move your chair in a little closer.
Listen to this.
YOU, yes YOU, are 1000 times more powerful, more
courageous, more fearless, more gifted, and more talented
you than you know.
Let me say that again.
YOU, yes YOU, are 1000 times more powerful, more
courageous, more fearless, more gifted, and more talented
you than you know.
Am I right or I am really right?
You see, for so many years of my own life, I sold myself
short. For many years fear and doubt dominated my mind. It
dominated my mind.
Let's keep going.
Know anybody that sells themselves short?
Know anybody that beats themselves up too much?
Know anybody that allows their environment too much control
over their attitudes and beliefs?
Know anybody that spends many hours of the day at a job
they can't stand?
How many of these questions pertain to you?
Enough is enough.
It really is.
I look back at some of my old beliefs and I'm now repelled
by them.
Literally repelled.
I look back at how my self worth was tied to my net worth
and I see how much joy was taken from me. Ridiculous.
Our POWER comes from our AWARENESS.
Let me say this again.
Our POWER comes from our AWARENESS.
If we're not aware of our strength, how can we be strong?
We need to create awareness of our recurring negative
thoughts.
We need to bring greater awareness to our current beliefs.
Are they supporting us or holding us in bondage?
There's a good chance the encouragement and love you needed
was NEVER SPOKEN INTO YOU.
If that's the case, you must POWER SPEAK into yourself
daily.
Do you realize your level of success in life has MUCH to do
with how you communicate with yourself?
Daily, say out loud:
I AM strong, powerful, and people are drawn to me,
I AM confident, gifted, and I love myself.
YOUR NAME, you are one special and unique individual.
YOUR NAME, you are winner. A real winner.
We are all are responsible for building ourselves up.
We must become our greatest cheerleader.
It's way too hard for many to even compliment themselves.
We're way to hard on ourselves.
I've been there. I know how it feels.
It's time we look forward to a future, to a VISION, that is
as bright as the July 4th sky.
It's time we start seeing ourselves in the right light, the
light of a winner.
Enough is enough.
As each layer of negativity is released, a new level of
freedom and power embraces us.
I've seen the progress in myself and thousands of others. I
know you can be more, have more, and do more than you've
ever imagined.
Create winning days. Winning days lead to winning weeks
into winning months into a WINNER'S LIFE.
As you read this, thousands of others are as well.
We're ALL believing in YOU and your potential.
Can you make the next 24 hours successful, just the next 24
hours, can you?
Will you commit to that?
The GREATEST YOU is about to enter the game of life.
The crowd rises and gives YOU a standing ovation. Yes, you!
(roar of the crowd)
Love Ya! You're The Best!
Your Coach,
Michael
P.S. Will you commit to making the next 24 hours
successful?
Will you commit to learning something new, taking an action
you've put off or doing something at home that needs to be
done?
Procrastination is the thief of profit. If you're committed
to the next 24 hours, feel free to let us know here on the
blog.

I commit to coming up with 2 ideas in the next 24 hours that will add more to my business and the services that I am able to offer to people.
I also commit to clearning out one of my filing drawers as I really want to clear out some old energy before we head into 2008.
Thanks for the post Mike and I look forward to speaking to you on the next conference call.

Thank you for all that you do in supporting greatness from within and impacting our ability to realize our possibility.
Mike - In the next 24 hours I commit to Finishing up Many of the pieces I've started. (I'm an artist who works with wood.) By finishing these up i'll create more room in my shop so that I can create More. Take care, Your Student - Pat
Yes! I do commit to being the best and most power-filled person, totally aware of the goodness in me, around me and because of me. I commit to finishing old projects - NOW - clean my office (today), clear household clutter (today), finish painting kitchen cabinets (by Dec 31, 2007). Thanks, coach!
Well, since I have total faith in me and my abilities I guess I'll be joining the ranks of Mike Litman's this year.

In commit to going through 2 boxes of old mail/papers.
I have to do this in babysteps or I'll get overwhelmed and punt. Good luck to Elizabeth..you are going to be one busy lady!!
I have been procastinating for years. But from today onwards, I'll take up every situation as challenge and learn from my mistakes and move forward.
Thanks Mike for the wonderful topic chosen before the year end.
Perfect timing, great message. Today my work office tomorrow my home office...Thanks coach and have a happy, prosperous New Year.

I really should sort out all the paper work so i can do justice to my college work.
You all are so positive. Why can't I say with conviction 'I am great. I can do this'?
I commit to 24 hrs of repeating I can get good grades and not to cause myself harm by overdosing burning cutting or excessive smoking. However this doesn't equate with success. I should revise for jan exams and stop avoiding it for the next week at least.I have also avoided the kitchen, bathroom, tidying and washing for a while Is this avoidance just another form of selfharm?
I love your support and ... yes I commit myself to make the next 24 hours successful!
My best thank you to
The Best Coach
I will commit to make the next 24 hrs. successful.
You're right, once again! Enough is enough! I'm ready to focus on being the best me I can be! Your insights are heartfelt and amazingly accurate...you keep me on me toes. Bless you!
Yes commitment is what i will do; your coaching is great and will impact most who practice it. We all need a coach no matter who we are, where we come from and what we are

Mike, thanks for your assist in moving FORWARD. I have a tendency to look back and dwell on mistakes I have made, projects I have not done, etc. It's funny how so many of us want to take steps to de-clutter. I thought I was the only one! Yes, I totally commit to go through old mail and my stack of "to be read" papers, tossing what I don't need in them, reading what I want to, tossing the rest, and to go through the stack of clothes my daughter outgrew to take to the homeless shelter. I commit to accomplish this by the end of the weekend!!
Thanks, Mike. It seems that you're always talking about me. I commit to making a list of those things I've been procrastinating on and working on them, one day at a time.
Peace,
Alex
This is awesome! I woke up this morning saying today is MY day and this is a great way to keep it going! I commit to make the next 24 hours successful.
I commit to reach beyond my personal comfort zone, to acknowledge my discomfort, learn from it and move on to bigger and better things--to contact at least 10 people and remind them of how amazing "they" are! To paint the masterpiece that is-- "my life" and make it truly amazing from each stroke of experience that I manifest for myself!
a presto!
I commit to getting up by 8am and getting going, no more procrastinating.
Mike
This awesome! wish I would have read this before I went to work , Thanks Mike for all the great words of wisdom ,I commit to make the next 24 great , & clean the office for a Brand NEW Year, Good Luck to everyone in 2008.
Dear Mike,
I want to start by thanking you for your relentlessly positive outlook and input on my life. I have had many tell me that I was not using all my gifts. My comments on B and A report cards in school were always "not living up to potential" and that always left me confused. Who knows what my potential is? I have had more recent experiences where close friends have said that most people would give their right arm to have my god given talents and gifts.
When I read this kind of post, I know you are right but also am filled with such pain and confusion as to want to withdraw completely. I wonder if I will send. I know you can relate because you have shared your story and I was listening.

Hey Mike - Time to review the Vision board and weed out what has been a Shoulda and focus on what needs to be a Must have and then JUST DO IT !!!!!. Thanks for the Inspiration. 2008 MAKE IT GREAT !!
Thanks for this Mike. Yes, I Commit to completing all the tasks I set myself in next 24 hours to start FRESH New Year.
Happy 2008 Everyone!
Hi Mike,
First of all I would like to thank you for all the encouragement as well as challenging me to chase my dreams during 2007.
You are a great Coach.
My commitment with respect to 2008 is to create offline and online income streams that will result in financial
independence.
Thanks again.
Arthur
I commit to believing I deserve more than the life I have created - I deserve a job I enjoy, friends who care for me, the resources to help others. Thank you Mike, I have never been this positive in my life
Linda
That's really funny, in the last month or so my favorite saying has been "have you had enough yet?", which comes from the movie Conversatons with God. It certainly sparks changes when you ask yourself that question, and then honestly answer it.
Cryssy
I am committed for next 24 hours that I am clearing my 2 Boxes of unwanted Paper & Magazines. You are super deep inspired coach.
Resonance.....
I finally don't have to commit in wordz.
It did come naturally to me...I so deeply experienced the feeling of "can no longer, won't any longer"
I have been "doing commitment" for years at the mental level, with no succes....
And now IT happenend...just like that!!!!
I've been handling all the procrastinated "stuff" and I am feeling......
soooooooooooo good!!!!
Satified about my day, I just openend my mail....reading and resonating with every "electified word"
as said before...
chapeau Mike 4 all the dedication and never giving up on each and everyone of us, worldwide

I commit to start living again and to go back to being that "happy go lucky" person that would not let setbacks or bad things happening bother me. I commit to stop grieving over my wonderfuls mothers untimely death, and I am not going to let the fact that I have multiple sclerosis take over my way of life or thinking anymore.I commit not to feel scared and lonely without having the unconditional love of my mother,it seems since she has died I have let anxiety take over my life, and if she knew I have changed so drastically since her death, she would not like it at all. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired, I did not truly actknowledge this fact until I just know read this. Pray for me and I will pray for all of you to succeed at your new commitments to change the negatives in your life. God Bless!
I READ THOSE WORDS,POWER,GIFTED,WINNER.
i AM FEELING TO MUCH AT THE BOTTOM AT THIS MOMENT.
Those words dont ring true right now.
I want to write a promotion article for the 1 page newsletter I write for the first of every month and the words are not coming to me. I want to present something powerful, valuable and effective. I am not feeling it right now.
Hello Mike,
As usual, Great advice! Thank you so much for being who you are, being so giving and allowing me to share in your gifts.
My commitment to myself and you...I commit to giving, growing and accomplishing 1% more by midnight tomorrow. And I'm committing right now to renew this committment each and every day of 2008!
Hi Mike:
Thanks for being such a wonderful person.
You get to motivate me like no other person has ever done before.
I won't let you down. And I will pass the message to people that might need encouragement like I did.
Thanks for being there for us all the time.
Love you,
Sylvia
Dear Karen (in response to your comment, #34, to Mike in Enough is Enough),
Mike has had a continuously positive effect on me this year. At first I found it hard to believe someone could be so loving and encouraging to so many people he never met personally, but now I feel his sincerity rings true. Although my mother lived to be 79, I never felt I was good enough for her. But in the past 7 years since her repose, I feel I have become much closer to her, and now I realize that she loved me just as I was while at the same time she saw greater potential in me and always (like Mike) encouraged me to higher and fuller accomplishments in many areas. Now that I realize this, I can accept myself as I am and my potential for change, and follow my heart's desire for a better life.
Thank God for my mom and Mike.
Many Blessings to you,
Di
Mike: Great advise as alway, thanks!

You have been a subtle voice of inspiration on my life all through this year and the real fact is, just by reading your e-mails it helped me push forward. I got my life in order, new business is starting out great from mid-september and now with 3 customers already, old business is doing great with 2 extra customers settled in (I am in the IT business), my financial life is top best at this time of crisis I am saving a lot more doing the right choices, I am remodeling slowly my home, by doing some and deliver some to others. My love life is at it's peak with a marvelous person. Friends and family all good. My health is better but I am planning this year for a total improvement.
Your voice, your words, your energy come through, and my life is better because you're sending these words to me.

Mike, thank you so much for this inspiring post. It touches me and my life on so many levels.
I would like to respond to Karen re her December 28th, 2007 post. Please go to EarthClinic.com and do a search for natural cures for your illness. There are posts from real people who are successfully healing themselves by natural methods.
My goals for 2008 are to be able to "be there" for my son who is going to have a serious back operation, to be financially able to help him and his family and to be able to make a living by helping people lead a healthy drug-free life.
I'll take the first step today by tackling the clutter in my home!
Thank you Mike for inspiring me.
