Hey Mike - love it!! If you were any more excited I'm sure you would jump through the screen, and have a coffee to go, right?
Hands up - I used to be one of the 8 out of 10. For years I discounted myself. I did not recognise what unique strengths I brought to the table. Instead, I spent years of low self esteem trying to be like others instead of embracing who I was.
Now I have put a high premium on myself. Now I love myself with all my faults. I recognise my strengths and can openly say that there are some things that NO ONE can do better than me. Some people might call that arrogance - I call it self recognition.
