Mission: Correcting An Injustice

Lack of inner peace.

An inner feeling of emptiness.

Plain ole’ boredom.

We’ve all been there at one time or another, haven’t we?

When the famous philosopher Henry David Thoreau said ‘most people live lives of quiet desperation’, he sure knew what he was talking about.

Onward.

Let me share with you a few thoughts, you can decide there merit and worth to you.

(gulp of my peach Snapple - diet peach today)

We live. We love. We laugh. We cry. We learn. We do our best.

Though sometimes we feel like there’s something missing.

We can’t put our finger on it, but we feel like something is missing.

I’ve been there. I’ve felt that way before. I know that.

Let me share with you an idea that has really helped me.

You see, for many years I didn’t appreciate my own skills and talents.

I really didn’t appreciate them. I took them and what they did for others, for granted.

Totally, for granted.

Looking back on it, I stole mountains of JOY from myself. Yes, from myself and also from others.

This lack of appreciation brought a feeling of emptiness to my life. Even though I didn’t know that back then.

Go to ‘Main Street’ in your town. Look around. Too many people have this feeling of emptiness in their lives as well.

“Mike, I agree with you, what do you think is missing?”

Here are my answers.

MEANING.

Yes, MEANING.

Many people don’t realize it, though they are searching for meaning in their lives.

Why are they alive?

What’s the value of their life?

Read this carefully.

The day you realize -you’re- important your life will change forever.

Let me say that again.

The day you realize -you’re- important your life will change forever.

You might realize you’re important to a person, a group of people, or your Creator.

Or all 3.

When you, your SELF, realizes you’re important, you’ll start to experience real MEANING in your life.

It’s like, “Wow, my life really does matter. People need me. I make a difference. Wow, this feels good.”

A greater degree of self love will follow.

Victor Frankl, the author of ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’ and holocaust survivor writes, “The more one forgets himself-by giving himself a cause to serve or another person to love- the more human he is and the more he actualizes himself.”

Create a ‘gap’ in your life, I call it the ‘meaning gap’.

Where are you now and where do you want to be?

What have you accomplished now and what else do you want to accomplish?

Who are you serving and how many more people do you want to help?

That is the ‘meaning gap’, where you are today and where your want to ultimately be.

You were born to be a walking, talking blessing and problem solver for others.

Tap into this power, tap into the meaning that lives there.

The more we ‘become’, the more we can give others.

The philosopher Nietzsche wrote, “He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how.”

Bring more ‘meaning’ into your life. Share your SELF. Give it away. Watch more of ‘it’ enter your life and watch the profits flow to you.

When you find real meaning in your life it will be worth more than any amount of money someone can give you.

The good news is when you tap into ‘meaning’, you’ll get more riches than you can handle. You’ll feel better about yourself and your income will soar.

You’re a GIFT to someone. Realize your important today.

Realize the pain from your past and enter your present with meaning and love.

Your best days are ahead of you and they can’t wait to SEE you.

Love Ya! You’re The Best!

Your Coach,

Michael

Thoughts From A Tiger Posted on December 19, 2007

Everyday you MUST commit to growing at least 1%.
Let’s continue.I’m a big fan of excellence.Excellence is something we should strive for and live by.

Moving closer to it each day.

I’m also a big fan of Tiger Woods.

I was reading an article earlier today about him and I wanted to share this powerful excerpt with you.

He seems to have this HABIT as well.

Tiger speaking:

“I view my life in a way … I’ll explain it to you, OK?” he told his small audience in Florida. “The greatest thing about tomorrow is, I will be better than I am today. And that’s how I look at my life. I will be better as a golfer, I will be better as a person, I will be better as a father, I will be a better husband, I will be better as a friend.

That’s the beauty of tomorrow. There is no such thing as a setback. The lessons I learn today I will apply tomorrow, and I will be better.”

Powerful.

I’d suggest reading that excerpt more than once.

wth, progress, and forward movement.
Make this a habit of yours.

Strive to be a walking, talking example of success and excellence for yourself and those around you.

The world desperately needs more powerful, strong, and excellent men and women.

The world desperately needs more examples of the ‘excellent life’.

Be so focused, determined, and live a winner’s life that you become a GENERATIONAL SUCCESS for people born in your family that you’ll never meet.
3 or 4 generations from now.

Are you committed to becoming a ‘generational success’?

You are strong, powerful, and your natural gifts can’t wait to be developed and shared.

Be like Tiger. Grow daily. Live a life of excellence. Raise your standards.

When’s the best time to start?
(you know the answer)
Love Ya! You’re The Best!

Your Coach,

Michael

Somebody Needs You Posted on December 19, 2007

Mission: Correcting An Injustice

Dear Friend,

Grab your peach snapple (my favorite beverage) and let’s go.

Let me say this. This concept took me a while to really ‘get’.

It did.

Onward.

Many people devalue their God given gifts.

Many people under appreciate their worth.

Many people laugh off their natural strengths.

Many people have a tough time taking in appreciation.

Many people take lightly their assignment in life.

You see, we were all born to solve a problem.

Dentists solve teeth problems.

Phones solve communication problems.

Cars solve transportation problems.

We forgot how important we really are to SOMEONE, somewhere.

“Mike, what do you mean?”

We were born to be a reward and blessing for a person or group of people.

Look around you, everything was created to solve a problem.

You get RICH, both personally and financially when you solve problems for people.

You see, every generation needs its great entrepreneurs, its great athletes, its authors, and its role models.

If you look at 25-50 year periods of times, each generation has its OWN STARS.

Today we have Steve Jobs, Oprah, Spielberg, Tiger, and others. 50 years ago, there were other names.

You were born to be a STAR in this
generation. You were.

Maybe it’s business, family life, being a great listener, there’s some PROBLEM you were born to solve.

There’s somebody who needs you right now. There is. There’s somebody you can bring joy to.

Will you be there for them?

The problem you were born to solve in life isn’t so much a ‘creation’, as it’s a discovery. Your discovery.

Many times your gifts are so close to you, you undervalue them and can barely see them.

What do you love doing? Where are you naturally strong?
(writing, reading, listening, speaking, etc…)

What bothers you?

We must -correct the injustice- of people spending their lives doing work they can’t stand. This kind of work helps nobody.

It hurts them, their family, and those they were born to help.

Be the reward you were born to be.

Add 1% more enthusiasm to your life.

Your gifts, talents, and abilities were given to you for a reason. Use them.

Love yourself. Serve others. Create value for others.

Get rich, financially and personally.

Great things usually take time. Go slow to go fast.
Patience amigo.

Somebody is hurting today. Somebody needs you today. Awaken to this idea.

You can and WILL make somebody’s day.

Focus on bringing more purpose and meaning to your life.

The fastest way to get what you want is to help someone else get what they want.

You’re a problem solver for someone. This is your ticket to great riches.

%$firstname$%, the thousands of people reading this right now believe in you.

Just like you believe in their abilities, they believe in yours.

We were ALL born for greatness. Start seeing that in others and they’ll start acknowledging it in you.

As a group, we’re much more powerful together than as individuals.

Believe in someone else’s greatness today.

Love Ya! You’re The Best!

Your Coach,

Michael
