I am half-way through the ultimate lifestyle CDs, and between yesterday and today's email, I cannot imagine a better time investment.
I've always had the attitude that I could always make more money
- I've been at a six figure income since 1993. The time, though, is another story. Every week, every month that I've let slip away...
- I'm never going to be able to get that back.
I work in high tech, and have seen a huge shift in the last five years - lots of business is going offshore, and never coming back.
To compensate, we are being asked to shoulder a bigger load, and spend a lot more hours beating the bushes for business...
- leaving me zero time with my kids.
I'm divorced, with joint custody of a wonderful 13 yr old daughter and a creative 16 yr old son.
Protecting your time, like you talk about on disk one, is critical. Staying focused has been the bane of my existence - I'll get started on a project, get halfway into it, and decide to drop it for something else three months down the road. Thanks for the 2x4 upside the head - much needed, and much appreciated.
Keep it up - I'm looking forward to creating my own "ultimate" lifestyle, and sharing my knowledge and value with others.

You have to be one of the most REAL eziners or list mavens or success coaches - yeah, that I read! Not to say Tony Robbins and Napoleon Hill aren't real - they are among the best ever. But what I like about your letters is the personal REAL touch and your consistent nudge to your readers to just stay focused on the basics - like staying or getting organized!
My desk right now is a HEAP! But - I just turned on disk 2 of Ultimate Lifestyle Workshop (because I left off last time with disk 1), closed my office door and NOW I will take the heap apart for the next hour or so - doing a few quick tasks in the meantime, but listening to you.
Let me just restate what I like.

It's GREAT! That's rare - everybody says you gotta know your outcomes, la la la - but you say just take ONE step - concentrate on your next play - focus on it.
My N. Hill statement of goals was hugely, ENORMOUSLY GRANDIOSE!!!
NOW my statement is about THIS year - and I am on the way - two to four properties on slate to acquire! I will acquire them!
AFTER that, I will focus on the next step because my eyes are always on the BIG picture! Focusing on the next step is the KEY.
ok then - I'm gonna attack the heap. Listening is good - action is better.
